  Appointments

Appointments and bookings are essentials. Walk-in patients will not be seen. 

Booking can be made by calling our clinic number or via online booking in the HealthEngine platform. 
 

  Consultation

Standard doctor's consultation is 15 minutes. Appointment times for Allied health practitioners are variable depending on the nature of the visit. 
You are encouraged to request a double appointment with our GP if you feel that your consultation may need a longer time.

 

  Results and Scripts

To provide the best comprehensive care, it is important that you make an appointment to discuss your results with your doctor. If your results are urgent, your doctor will contact you directly. Results are not given out over the phone or email due to confidentiality reasons.

Referrals and repeat prescriptions will require a doctor consultation, in order to provide opportunities for preventative healthcare and timely medication review.

 

  Billing

We are a bulk-billing practice and aim to keep it that way. All our consultations and health assessments are bulk-billed. Our allied-health practitioner also bulk-bills patients with medicare EPC care plans. Work-cover and private health cover patients are also welcomed. 

  Privacy

This practice is committed to maintain the confidentiality of your personal health information. Your medical record is a confidential document. We are unable to give information about family members or other patients. We will not forward medical information via unsecured means of communications.
